Position Overview

The Stock Control Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of inventory within our organization. This position is essential for maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize inventory tasks.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance workflow.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on inventory status.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize inventory systems efficiently.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a small team, typically comprising 1 to 2 individuals.

Experience Requirements
