Job Summary

Bullpen Steakhouse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and leading a team of servers and hosts/hostesses.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, including table management, seating, and service.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
