Asset Management and Business Development Opportunity

Kiewit Development Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability across our infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the project company in communications with clients, design-builders, and operators.
  • Manage project reporting, including preparation, review, and presentation of materials to stakeholders.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks.
  • Oversee design-build and operator contractors to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Plan and manage lifecycle budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant role, with 5+ years of experience providing technical and commercial oversight in the infrastructure, building, transportation, or industrial sector.
  • Ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial agreements.
  • Experience presenting materials to project or company boards of directors.
  • Assessing and managing risk on complex construction projects.
