Position: Account Director, OEM Client Services

Position Summary:

The Account Director will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with key OEM strategic partners. This position encompasses strategic oversight, business growth initiatives, and project coordination aimed at strengthening partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential OEM stakeholders
  • Offer strategic guidance for OEM platform development
  • Oversee daily account management tasks, including performance reporting and analysis
  • Facilitate project coordination and product offerings in collaboration with internal teams
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for designated partners and products
  • Identify and promote business development opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance platform effectiveness
  • Guarantee exceptional process delivery to OEM clients
