Restaurant Cashier

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cashier to join our team at 12864061 Canada Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock and Maintain the Sales Area: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and ensure a visually appealing sales environment.
- Assist with Promotions and Events: Participate in promotional activities, assist with take-out orders, and provide support during special events.
- Financial Management: Calculate daily/shift payments, reconcile with total sales, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Work Setting: Restaurant, retail business, fast food
- Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
