Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rangeela Modern Indian Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
