Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Authorize return of merchandise, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
