About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Ortec Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention;
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to drive revenue growth;
  • Conduct site visits to assess business needs and opportunities;
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or chemical cleaning sector;
  • Knowledge of provincial and regional competitors and environmental legislation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other relevant software;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to travel regularly to our sites in Ontario (valid driver's license required).
