Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Indigenous Talent Strategy and Design efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent from Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management Strategy: Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth of Indigenous talent within the organization.
  • Program Design and Execution: Design and execute programs that foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, and provide opportunities for Indigenous employees to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, to ensure that our talent management strategies are informed by their needs and perspectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of our talent management strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure that our talent management strategies are implemented effectively and that employees are equipped to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Indigenous Studies.
  • Experience: 9+ years of experience in talent management, with a focus on Indigenous talent development and strategy.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence and collaboration skills.
