Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and services to employees, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide employee assistance and counselling services to support the well-being of our staff.
- Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and provide guidance on the hiring process.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support professional development.
We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster. Our Recruitment Officer will work to recruit and support these individuals, providing mentorship programs and foreign credential recognition services to help them integrate into our team.
