About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at RAJA FINE INDIAN CUISINE KW Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and spices of South Indian cuisine.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order necessary items to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service establishment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cuisine Specialties: Experience with South Indian cuisine.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
