Position Overview: As a Retail Operations Manager, you will lead a team of associates to enhance sales performance. Reporting directly to the District Manager, your responsibilities will encompass all operational aspects of the store, including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and training, scheduling, and inventory oversight. Your leadership will foster an environment where team members feel appreciated and motivated to contribute to the store's success.

- Physical capability to lift, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
- Completion of secondary education
