Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 10 Buck Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and that we are able to maintain a high level of profitability.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
