About the Role

We're seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior People Partner to join our team at Loopio. As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and employees at all levels to enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date on HR compliance and best practices to ensure Loopio remains a leader in workplace culture and employee experience
  • Partner with our HRIS and people platforms to drive process improvements and optimize our HR tech stack
