Restaurant Operations Manager

Blue Shock Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our client's premium casual dining operation to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a culture of excellence, driving top-line revenues, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a high-performing team of restaurant professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Chef to establish and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen, food development, and financial management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
