Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber - Process Equipment Specialist to join our team at CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewing equipment and process systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on process equipment, including pumps, valves, and pressure relief systems.
  • Collaborate with brewing operations team to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize brewery operations.
Requirements
  • Red Seal certification in plumbing.
  • Strong technical understanding of process equipment and brewing operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
