Senior Principle Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principle Engineer to join our team at Huawei. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge data and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a next-generation data and AI system framework, leveraging cloud infrastructure and serverless technologies.
  • Analyze user scenarios to optimize software system solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research, presenting findings to the team and driving innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and customer success.
  • Develop and mentor team members on design and technical skills, including data structures, concurrency, and performance optimizations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading teams and products to drive business impact and customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Domain expertise in AI end-to-end data processing, large-scale data processing, and serverless platform infrastructures.
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications; MS or PhD is an asset.
