Reporting to the Farm Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations on the poultry farm.Daily Duties
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm + Every Other Weekend Conduct farm operations, including animal care and poultry management. Maintain accurate records (monitoring equipment, feeders, etc.) Perform mechanical, property, and yard maintenance. Operate farm machinery, including tractors and other equipment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices.Required Qualifications
Previous experience in general labor. Willingness to work some weekends and holidays, including on-call alarm coverage.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agricultural operations. Familiarity with operating tractors and related farming equipment. Mechanical skills and aptitude.Grow with a Family-Owned Company.
