Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Parts Location and Shipping: Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and organized warehouse environment, including the unloading, receiving, and storing of incoming parts and materials.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including the placement of inventory stock orders and the accurate documentation of shipping and receiving information.
- Education and Experience: A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills, with previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
- Leadership and Decision Making: Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Communication and Problem Solving: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, managers, customers, and the general public.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a high-pressure environment safely.
