Sales Team Lead

At Autovilla Car Sales Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the sales environment.
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
* Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
* Establish work schedules and oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payment of staff.
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve sales targets.

**Requirements:**
* College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
