Job Summary

Broad Consultant Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales Transactions: Process cash, credit card, or automatic debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
