Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Osmow's Shawarma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding operations.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
Supervisory Role

You will oversee the work of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring a cohesive team environment.

Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Candidates should be prepared for:

Employment Details

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
