About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant in Vancouver, BC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales by identifying and meeting customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Store Manager on sales, reporting, and store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Interact with customers in a mindful manner
  • Support Store Manager on sales, reporting, tracking, and store merchandising
  • Maintain store displays and merchandise
  • Execute various store opening and closing tasks
  • Comply with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment's rules and regulations
  • Stay up to date on product features through training

Requirements:

  • 2 years of retail or customer service experience is an asset
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with others
  • Detail-oriented results-focused problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings, and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise
  • 18 years of age or older
