* Establishing efficient work schedules to meet our high standards
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff
* Ensuring that our food and service meet our quality control standards
* Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
