About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DC Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Distribution Centre's systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide software, hardware, and communications support for the AS400, peripherals, Data Centre, and the overall Distribution Centre with respect to SCAN applications.
  • Maintain accurate SCAN database records on a daily basis, ensuring updates are entered, modified, and deleted as required in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with special projects related to SCAN (inventory preparation) as required.
  • Partner with colleagues to ensure incoming Associates are entered into the Scan database to facilitate the assignment of work functions.
  • Support testing and implementation of various WMI system enhancements and roll outs.

Requirements

  • Education: OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in data entry and/or systems administration.
  • Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services or logistics.
  • Ability to be flexible with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop effective collaborative working relationships with Distribution Services, Management, Associates, and external contacts.
  • Strong trouble shooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective Communication and Customer service skills.
