Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Vanguard Medical Clinic Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to complex medical conditions.
- Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Deliver babies and provide pre-natal and post-natal care to expectant mothers.
- Advise patients on health care and wellness strategies.
- Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
- Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related incidents to relevant authorities.
- Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care, including acute care management.
- Provide counseling and support to patients on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
- Hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Have equivalent experience in a related field.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be eligible for professional liability insurance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure to deliver quality care.
- Have attention to detail and be able to multitask.
- Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive tasks and manage a large caseload.
- Be accurate and reliable in your work.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Have initiative and be proactive in your work.
- Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be a team player and have a strong sense of values and ethics.
