We're excited to introduce the Vice President, OEM and Strategic Partnerships role at the Amynta Group.

This senior leadership position reports directly to the President and is responsible for driving the company's OEM and Partner Programs to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with OEM and strategic partners.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and client service initiatives.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM culture, processes, and dealer relationships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at OEM and strategic partner companies.

• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP submissions that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Identify and champion new internal capabilities that will provide the company with strategic differentiation and add value to clients.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for the company to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Canadian national automotive account management or comparable experience with an automotive OEM, financial services captive, or protection program provider.

• Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.

• Strong understanding of automotive OEM culture, processes, and dealer relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and clients.

• Proven track record of success in sales and client service, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

• English fluency, French an asset.

• Travel requirements: approximately 20%.
