Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Clinical Director at Watson Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director, including preparing reports, managing office supplies, and maintaining up-to-date files.
  • Field incoming calls and respond to walk-in patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate with a minimum of one year of college or business education.
  • Three years of previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other software applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
