Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
