Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Agilec. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and overcome employment barriers.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Provide education and training to clients to help them acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Job Placement: Assist clients in finding and securing employment opportunities that match their skills and interests.
- Workplace Accommodations: Collaborate with employers to provide workplace accommodations and support to clients with disabilities.
- Benefits and Support: Provide information and support to clients regarding benefits and services available to them.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work environment.
