About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Director - Trade and Broadcasting. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective resource allocation and management
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization has the necessary leadership and expertise
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure the organization's financial goals are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
