About the Role

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IAM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity and Access Management
    • Implement and manage IAM systems, including SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and BeyondTrust PAM.
    • Design and develop custom rules, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
    • Configure and integrate various connectors and applications.
  • Cyber Security and Compliance
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our IAM system and related data.
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Okta SSO with existing applications.
  • Project Management
    • Lead initiatives to identify application assignments based on department and role.
    • Refine and improve onboarding and offboarding workflows and automation.
    • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and work with the Okta support team to resolve.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong experience with large-scale databases and related technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with SQL, Bean shell/Java Script programming.
    • Understanding of application server, code deployment processes, and related technologies.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in IAM, cyber security, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and BeyondTrust PAM.
  • Experience with integration of enterprise and logical applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
