Job Summary

Radiant Motors Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
