Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project-specific procedures, work practices, plans, and protocols to enhance project team management and technical competence.
  • Ensure the quality of output and alignment with project, company, and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
Requirements
  • Suitable degree qualifications in mineral processing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a medium-sized greenfields gold project from concept to build and commissioning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
  • Strong technical background with a broad multi-disciplinary base in mineral processing plant and infrastructure construction.
