Job Summary:

Mckesson Pharma Care Network Corporation / La Corporation Inviva, Reseau de soins pharmacologiques McKesson is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Assistant RPN to join our team. As a Clinical Assistant RPN, you will play a vital role in maintaining and protecting patient confidentiality, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation of medical equipment.
  • Manage medical and stationary supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices by attending educational workshops and conferences.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team by participating in team problem-solving and goal-setting initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses, Ontario.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability, with a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
  • Ability to support change and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
