We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Records Analyst to join our team at Baby enRoute. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless data management.
- Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
