About the Role:

This is a highly technical position that requires a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its ecosystem. As an AEM Lead Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership in the design, development, and delivery of complex digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in AEM software-based solutions and technologies.
  • Lead solution architecture design and guide teams to develop high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Liaise with Senior Leadership on project, operational, compliance, and risk governance.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of delivery methodology and planning guidance.
  • Efficiently multi-task, working across multiple client engagements and key internal initiatives.
  • Enforce coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
  • Effectively analyze complex project issues, identify possible solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of options with the client.
  • Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying ahead of Adobe technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience with a record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance, leadership in planning, and other delivery process activities and implement engagements following the Agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.
  • Excellent understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics and Target.
  • 2+ years experience in development and migration from other CMS platforms to AEM.
  • Extensive experience with REST API design and implementation.
  • Experience in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross-platform stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage complex problems using a number of techniques.
  • Experience in complex software product delivery in an agile environment.
  • Exposure to public cloud technology stack in AWS.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, virtual team-based environment.
