Security Team Lead

Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Work
Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
Emergency Response and CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective communication to ensure a swift response.
Team Management and DevelopmentSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Technical Support and MaintenanceEnsure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Problem-Solving and Quality AssuranceResolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
Training and DevelopmentTrain security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements- Certifications and Licenses
CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
Personal QualitiesClient focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Screening QuestionsAvailability for shift or on-call work, availability for the advertised start date, and current legal ability to work in Canada.
