Furniture Store Manager Job Description

LONDON LIQUIDATION CENTRE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Furniture Store Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Manage and train a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a furniture store environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Standing for extended periods may be required.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
