About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Capital Markets platform, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to clients across a range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support client transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with deal teams to generate creative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Provide analytical findings and insights to support client decision-making.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting with a strong academic record.
  • Financial analysis training and experience, with a focus on complex modeling and analysis.
  • 0-3 years of experience in investment and/or corporate banking, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
