Revenue Growth and Category Insights Director

At Kellanova Canada, we're seeking a talented Revenue Growth and Category Insights Manager to drive business success through strategic category management and revenue growth initiatives. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll develop and deliver a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, leveraging your analytical skills and industry expertise to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Lead category management initiatives, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize trade plans and drive revenue growth.
- Provide key insights and analysis to inform business decisions, leveraging data and market trends to drive strategic recommendations.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, with a business diploma or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in category management, revenue growth, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with trade spend syndicated data and customer POS software, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
