Job Title: Registered Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Lawtons. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and compound prescriptions, including medication reconciliation and cycle fills
  • Work with pharmacy automation systems, including PacMed, PacVision, and PacRoll software
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate patient care and adherence to technician and pharmacist scope of practice
  • Support daily workflow in the dispensary and manage off-site vaccination clinics
  • Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies

Requirements:

  • Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certificate
  • Licensed in NS
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
