  • Engages in programs that support individuals with disabilities
Provides mentorship and awareness trainingNewcomers and RefugeesParticipates in initiatives that assist newcomers and refugeesHelps with settlement and integration needsFacilitates social and labor market inclusionSupports the recruitment of displaced individualsAssists in the recognition of foreign credentialsIndigenous CommunitiesEngages in programs that support Indigenous communitiesOffers mentorship and builds relationships with community membersProvides training in cultural competencyFacilitates access to Elders for guidance and supportVisible Minority GroupsParticipates in initiatives that support visible minoritiesImplements inclusive hiring practicesOffers mentorship opportunitiesConducts diversity training sessions
