Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

At Brilliant Cleaners Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist our cleaning team in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
