Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Advisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, AB. As a Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and partners via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
