Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Revenue Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our global enablement team. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities to support the team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, information, and communications with external clients and vendors
  • Work with Executive Assistants to book meetings with executives
  • Assist Sales Enablement leaders with booking meetings as needed
  • Produce slides, visuals, and presentation decks for various meetings
  • Schedule trainings with sales leaders and/or full sales teams
  • Internal and external trainings
  • Host office hours as needed
  • Segment-level rollouts for trainings as needed
  • Schedule team meetings monthly
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings, including hotels, flights, office space, and meals
  • All-Hands Calls
  • Schedule and coordinate schedules with key stakeholders
  • PowerPoint management
  • Content management
  • Set up webinars in Teams
  • Send out invitations to contributors and distribution lists
  • Host calls and share screens for presentations and videos
  • Record calls and send out recordings to relevant parties
  • Coordinate with Sales and Enablement teams to avoid conflicts
  • Set up surveys through forms for All-Hands Calls
  • Assist with Global Kickoff (various project management, communication, and coordination duties)
  • Manage intake and Asana maintenance
  • New Hire communications and logistics
  • Global Revenue Enablement monthly calendar updatesRequirements
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel and Asana
    • Familiarity with Highspot content repository platform
    • Skilled formal communicator, comfortable with drafting executive communications
    • Exceptional collaborator and influencer driving change through ideas, relationships, and actions
    • Demonstrated ability to interact productively with all levels of staff
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization
    • Industry experience in B2B, HCM, and/or SaaS technology is a plus
    • Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
    • College or university degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years supporting executive-level positions
