Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Stockroom Assistant at EDMONTON DIAL AN APPLIANCEMAN INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, shelves, and other storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Material Handling: Transport and distribute materials and goods, using basic material handling equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
