About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open commercial files and assist clients with various transactions
  • Perform thorough checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Requirements
  • Three-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Proven customer service experience

  • Strong initiative and autonomy
