We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Guru's Pizza Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. As a Cook, you will work in a restaurant setting, preparing and cooking food for customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
