Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Stagwood Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, maintaining a safe working environment for our team and clients.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure that our team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed on time.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that construction work is carried out accurately.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • 3-4 people will be supervised.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
